God is incredibly generous. All that we have and all that we are is a gift from God. Jesus expressed that generosity in the way he lived and died. As Christians, we give our time, talent, and money joyfully in response to God’s generosity and to help more people come to know more fully the presence of God and Christ in their lives. FISH Food Bank provides food and more for individuals in need with compassion, dignity and respect. The goal of FISH is to provide each client with enough nutritious food to make three meals a day for three consecutive days. No one in need is turned away. St. Mary’s collects food on the third Sunday of each month for donation to FISH Food Bank. Family Housing Network, a program of the Catholic Community Services of Western Washington, empowers homeless and at-risk families to achieve and maintain permanent housing in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. The Network collaborates with the larger faith community, as well as community providers to help families gain skills and overcome barriers to their self-sufficiency. Seven days a week, five homeless families in the Phoenix Housing Network shelter program utilize our Day Center facilities for showers, laundry, telephones, cooking, relaxing, case management, and life skill classes. In the evenings, a network of 24 local churches and schools provide dinner, sleeping accommodations, and breakfast, rotating between host sites each week. St. Mary’s hosts families four weeks a year.

During this time of clergy vacancy, a priest-in-charge will be assigned to the church.
In this phase, the congregation will create a profile of their church and its needs and wants.
The Congregational OTM Profile can be found on the Office of Transition Ministry site, https://www.otmportfolio.org. After logging into this site and reading the church profile, if you wish to apply for the position, send a copy of your OTM profile along with a resume and cover letter to the Canon to the Ordinary.
In this phase, we will be receiving names of potential candidates.
NOTE: We do a thorough red flag check on all applicants.
In this phase of the process, the Canon to the Ordinary will submit names to the congregation from all of the applicants for consideration.
At this point in the process, names received by the congregation will be further vetted for potential interviewing.
During this phase, the search committee will interview the candidates selected from the previous phase.
The final phase is the selection and call of the final candidate.
